Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Surat. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, enhancing customer engagement, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships, training staff on sales techniques, promoting the RC Café experience, and contributing to overall marketing initiatives and campaigns. The candidate will play a vital role in creating a vibrant, customer-focused environment and supporting business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage effectively with diverse clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies, meet targets, and drive business growth
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance their sales and customer engagement skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Passion for entertainment, gaming, and café culture is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in basic technology and familiarity with social media marketing is a plus
