Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executive (Commission-Based)
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow our business by bringing in new clients who want to promote their products and services online.
Role Overview:
The selected candidate will:
- Identify and connect with businesses, startups, and individuals who want to promote their products/services online.
- Understand client requirements and explain our promotion services ( social media promotion ).
- Forward qualified leads/business proposals to our team.
- Coordinate during the discussion and conversion process.
How It Works:
You bring businesses who want online promotion. If we accept the proposal and successfully close the deal,
You earn 10% commission on the confirmed project value.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Active on LinkedIn and social media platforms.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, or online promotion.
- Experience in sales/lead generation is a plus (Freshers with strong networking skills can also apply).
Compensation:
- Commission-Based Role.
- 10% commission on every successful deal conversion.
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance.
