About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Assistant Business Development Executive to support admissions, handle prospective student inquiries, and assist with sales & marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiry calls and provide information about courses and services

• Conduct campus tours and explain course details to students & parents

• Assist with admissions, documentation, and student onboarding

• Respond to Instagram/WhatsApp inquiries and follow up with leads

• Support sales and marketing initiatives

• Create basic marketing creatives using Canva

• Assist in workshops, exhibitions, roadshows, and other events

• Maintain records and prepare regular reports.

Requirements:

Strong communication, presentation & interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

Ability to draft professional emails

Social media handling knowledge is a plus

Creative, organized, and able to multitask
