Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, promoting our services, and establishing Path Idea InfoTech as a leading software development company in the region and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Activities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the software development sector
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our software solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotes
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports
Marketing Activities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services
- Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Create engaging content for digital marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with the development team to create case studies and success stories
- Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Gather client feedback and communicate requirements to the development team
- Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the IT/Software industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in selling software development services
- Knowledge of web and mobile application development processes
- Familiarity with the Chhattisgarh business landscape
- Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
