This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, providing training to sales teams, and driving customer engagement. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, presenting products to prospective clients, offering exceptional customer service, and supporting the development of creative marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals.

• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to build strong client relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Strong Sales skills, including the ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, and close deals effectively.
• Experience in Training and Sales Management to lead, guide, and develop sales teams toward achieving ambitious targets.
• Strategic thinking and creativity in developing marketing plans and campaigns to drive revenue growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the wellness or healthcare industry is a plus.
