Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Malappuram. The chosen candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and delivering excellent customer service. Primary tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, prospecting new clients, and providing training on product usage. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine marketing strategies and optimize sales performance.

Qualifications

• Sales and Sales Management skills, including the ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain and build lasting client relationships
• Experience in conducting Training sessions related to product usage and sales techniques
• Problem-solving abilities, time management skills, and a proactive approach to tasks
• Understanding of the automotive care industry or experience in a similar sector is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency in local market languages and a valid driver's license is preferred
