Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Chennai. The role involves generating and nurturing leads, engaging with potential and existing customers, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing the sales pipeline. Additionally, the Sales and Marketing Specialist will conduct training sessions, monitor market trends, and coordinate marketing campaigns to drive growth.

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed sales targets
- Capability to conduct Training sessions effectively to support team development
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic marketing initiatives
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Relevant prior experience in sales or marketing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
