Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhopal for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, driving sales initiatives, and managing customer relationships. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, providing excellent customer service, delivering training to clients or team members, and overseeing sales plans to achieve targeted results. You will also collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company objectives and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting effectively with clients and team members
• Expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including developing strategies, meeting sales targets, and overseeing sales operations
• Ability to conduct Training sessions to enhance team performance and client knowledge
• Proven ability to collaborate in a team environment and contribute to shared goals
• Experience working in sales-driven organizations; familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Innovative mindset and problem-solving abilities are highly valued
