Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal for a Business Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, creating strategic proposals, and negotiating contracts. Your day-to-day tasks will include researching target markets, generating leads, scheduling and conducting client meetings, and collaborating with teams to align business strategies. You will also analyze market trends, provide insights to improve services, and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Negotiation
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Sales, Account Management, and Business Strategy
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies for growth
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Relevant experience or knowledge in digital marketing and performance-based advertising is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
