Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dhuri for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Specialist will drive sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities, engaging and building relationships with clients, and promoting Nimit Ai's innovative meeting intelligence solutions. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, delivering training for clients and team members, and handling sales operations. The candidate will work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue goals, manage accounts, and contribute to optimizing the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Communication and excellent Customer Service skills
  • Strong background in Sales and Sales Management
  • Experience in developing and delivering effective training programs
  • Ability to build and grow client relationships effectively
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 0-1 years of professional experience in sales or marketing roles is an advantage
  • A proactive and goal-oriented attitude toward achieving measurable sales results
