Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work on-site in Dhuri in a full-time capacity, supporting the growth of Nimit Ai through both outbound and inbound sales and marketing activities. This role includes prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product demos, nurturing opportunities, and supporting the full sales cycle in collaboration with the sales leadership team. The specialist will assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns, including email outreach, social media initiatives, basic content support, and event or webinar coordination to drive product awareness and demand. Day-to-day tasks include managing a pipeline in the CRM, following up with prospects, delivering excellent customer service, and gathering feedback to help refine messaging and positioning. The individual in this role will also help train and educate customers and partners on product features, benefits, and best practices to maximize adoption and value.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, respond to inquiries, and build long-term relationships.
- Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.
- Experience in Sales Management or team coordination, including reporting, forecasting, and supporting sales processes and best practices.
- Ability to deliver Training and product enablement sessions for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of marketing activities such as email campaigns, social media outreach, and event or webinar support.
- Comfort working with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms; familiarity with meeting platforms (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in AI, sales technology, and continuous learning in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
