Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Belgaum, with some flexibility for working from home, for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Mostash. The primary responsibilities include driving sales initiatives, building and maintaining client relationships, managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, conducting training sessions, and overseeing sales strategies. The role requires close collaboration with the event planning and production teams to align sales and marketing efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Outstanding Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
• Expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to provide effective Training and support to team members
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with the event planning or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in tools/software used for sales and marketing is advantageous
