Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Mysore. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and reaching potential clients, managing sales operations, and building strong customer relationships. The role also involves designing and delivering training sessions, strategizing sales plans, and assisting in marketing initiatives to grow the company's presence and drive revenue growth.

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to manage leads, conversions, and revenue targets
- Experience in conducting Training sessions to educate team members or clients about products and services
- Ability to develop sales strategies and collaborate with a team to achieve business goals
- Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is advantageous
