Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Mumbai. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers and enhance client retention. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with current and potential customers, managing sales leads, delivering excellent customer service, conducting product training sessions, and overseeing sales operations to drive company growth and brand presence.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships with clients and provide exceptional support
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management with an ability to meet and exceed targets
- Skills in Training and coaching clients or team members effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, goal-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the fitness or wellness industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools or platforms is a plus
