Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves driving sales initiatives, building and nurturing customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting in the creation of marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, identifying and converting leads, managing sales targets, and supporting client onboarding and training processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including experience in meeting targets and closing deals.
- Experience in Training and onboarding clients to optimize customer satisfaction and experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the real estate or property management industry is a strong advantage.
