The Role We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Chandigarh. You will be on the front lines of our growth, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching our premium advertising solutions, and building long-lasting relationships with key clients. As a collaborative team player, you will also work closely with internal teams to continuously enhance our sales strategies and market presence.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify, prospect, and reach out to potential clients to generate new business.
  • Manage end-to-end sales activities to consistently meet and exceed targets.
  • Conduct face-to-face client meetings to present and pitch customized advertising solutions.
  • Establish, nurture, and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and, when necessary, training programs to clients.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to optimize and refine overarching sales strategies.

  • Qualifications:

    • Industry Experience: Prior experience in Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising is a big plus and will make your application stand out.
    • Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales and sales management with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth and hit targets.
    • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with a knack for relationship-building and customer service.
    • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools is highly preferred.
    • Mindset: A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. Highly self-motivated and results-driven.
