Job Summary:

The Outreach Officer will be responsible for planning and executing outreach activities to build awareness about Envision's services, attract prospective students, and strengthen partnerships with educational institutions. The ideal candidate is energetic, target-driven, and passionate about helping students achieve their study-abroad dreams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and universities for partnership opportunities. Conduct informational seminars, workshops, and webinars for students, parents, and educators.

Participate in and organize educational fairs, career guidance events, and promotional activities.

Represent Envision Overseas Consultant in various offline and online outreach campaigns.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials tailored to outreach efforts.

Identify and engage with student groups, clubs, and academic influencers to expand Envision's reach.

Maintain a database of leads generated through outreach and ensure timely follow-ups.

Provide feedback and insights from the field to improve service offerings and marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.

Proven experience in outreach, sales, or marketing roles

Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

Ability to work independently and travel extensively for events and outreach programs.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Familiarity with CRM tools and basic digital marketing is a plus.
