Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Hyderabad, with occasional opportunities to work from home. The specialist will handle tasks such as identifying and fostering new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing effective sales and marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include delivering training presentations, managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the execution of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, explain offerings, and maintain positive relationships
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify, secure, and nurture business opportunities
- Ability to design and conduct Training sessions to empower clients and team members
- Experience in developing marketing strategies and an understanding of brand development
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with scent marketing or branding (preferred but not required)
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
