Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Patel Nagar for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, fostering relationships with clients, managing customer service interactions, and delivering training to team members. The specialist will also identify new opportunities, drive sales growth, and support the execution of marketing initiatives to expand the company's market presence.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas and interact with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in customer service and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Experience in sales and sales management, including lead generation and achieving sales targets.
- Capability to train and mentor a sales team, ensuring professional development and goal alignment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work on-site in Patel Nagar and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
