Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to meet organizational goals. Daily tasks include identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales performance, and providing timely training to team members. The specialist will also be responsible for collaborating with teams to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience in providing Training to team members to enhance skills and drive performance
- Ability to work collaboratively in achieving sales and marketing objectives
- Exceptional problem-solving and people management skills
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
