This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will manage sales operations, develop and execute marketing strategies, interact with clients to understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, leading sales initiatives, conducting market research, providing client consultations, and training team members to achieve business objectives.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to improve performance and achieve sales goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
