This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and creating strategies for market expansion. Day-to-day tasks will include generating leads, meeting with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, delivering product training to clients, and ensuring team collaboration to achieve sales targets.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively engaging clients and resolving inquiries.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to meet or exceed sales objectives and develop a customer base.
• Experience in Training clients or team members related to products, processes, or market strategies.
• Highly motivated with strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with the real estate industry and market trends in Chennai is a plus.
