  • Job Title: Sales & Marketing Specialist
  • Location:Noida (On-Site)

  • Qualification:MBA from a reputed university

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • LeadB2B sales and marketinginitiatives with schools, colleges, universities, and corporates.
  • Conduct in-person client meetings, presentations, and demos with senior stakeholders.
  • Develop marketing plans, sales pitches, and strategic outreach campaigns.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation pitching negotiation closure.
  • Coordinate with the internal marketing team on proposals, campaigns, and brand visibility.
  • Travel for client visits (50% travel, 50% office-based work).
  • Maintain CRM, track leads, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

  • Requirements:
  • MBA from a reputed university(Marketing preferred).
  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts and B2B sales.
  • Excellentpresentation, communication, and client-handlingskills.
  • PriorEdTech experience is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and full-time on-site work.
  • Dynamic, confident, and target-focused mindset.
