Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing leads, and converting prospects into clients through effective sales presentations and negotiations. The Specialist will support marketing campaigns, assist in developing promotional materials, and participate in events or client meetings to enhance brand visibility. Daily tasks include maintaining client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to address customer needs, and tracking sales performance against targets. The role also involves providing product or service training to clients and team members, as needed, to ensure clear understanding of offerings.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver clear product or service demonstrations and support client onboarding.
• Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within security, services, or related industries.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and manage field visits or client meetings as required.
• Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
