This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Ahmedabad. In this position, you will coordinate sales efforts to identify and engage potential clients, build relationships, and close sales opportunities. You will also develop and implement marketing strategies, manage customer service interactions, and deliver training to ensure effective sales execution and client satisfaction. Collaboration with team members to drive revenue growth and enhance the company's service presence is a crucial part of this role.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet goals and manage a sales pipeline
• Proficiency in delivering Training to teams or clients on products, services, or processes
• Proactive approach to market research and staying updated on industry trends
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Background in industrial services, material testing, or related industries will be an advantage
