Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for industrial
products.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitor activities, and
pricing trends.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and order confirmations in coordination with internal
teams.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and support efforts to acquire new
customers.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for timely order execution.
Maintain accurate records of sales leads, marketing activities, and customer
interactions in CRM/ERP systems.
Generate MIS reports and marketing performance summaries.
Key Requirements:
MBA in Marketing or Graduate in Science/Engineering with relevant experience.
23 years of experience in sales and/or marketing within industrial/manufacturing
sectors.
Good understanding of industrial products and applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
Willingness to travel for client visits and exhibitions.
Preferred Attributes:
Knowledge of export documentation and logistics.
Ability to analyze market data and provide insights.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills with a customer-first mindset.
