Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Dehradun. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and executing marketing strategies. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, coordinating sales activities, developing promotional campaigns, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing training and support to team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficient communication skills to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship-building
- Knowledge and experience in sales, including identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and achieving targets
- Proven ability in training and capability development to mentor team members and enhance performance
- Expertise in sales management, including planning, executing, and evaluating sales strategies
- Analytical mindset to conduct market research and drive data-driven decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in HR or staffing is a plus
