iKure Techsoft Pvt. Ltd. addresses the critical need for accessible healthcare in rural India, where a large portion of the population lacks adequate medical support. The company has developed a patented cloud-hosted technology called the Wireless Health Incident Monitoring System (WHIMS) to bring primary healthcare to underserved communities through a hub-and-spoke model. iKure trains and equips rural health workers with WHIMS-supported devices to track, diagnose, and monitor patients in remote regions. Collaborating with research institutes, NGOs, and healthcare organizations, iKure designs comprehensive health interventions that address root causes of diseases while promoting sanitation, hygiene, and nutrition. Through partnerships with organizations like TATA Trust and the Deshpande Foundation, iKure aims to reach 2 million customers across 50 blocks in 8 states over the next five years.

1. Field Operations

  • Conduct regular field visits to build and maintain relationships with insurance partners, healthcare providers, community stakeholders, and customers.
  • Support the rollout and distribution of digital health cards and insurance-linked healthcare products.
  • Provide on-ground support to ensure smooth customer engagement, issue resolution, and overall satisfaction.

2. Marketing & Awareness Campaigns

  • Assist in organizing and executing local marketing activities, community events, and promotional campaigns to promote iKure's healthcare services.
  • Collaborate with local communities, CHWs, and partners to create awareness about health cards, insurance benefits, and available healthcare services.
  • Collect customer feedback, insights, and suggestions to improve service delivery and marketing strategies.

3. Insurance Coordination

  • Coordinate with insurance providers to streamline claim processes and resolve customer queries.
  • Train Community Health Workers (CHWs) to understand, communicate, and promote insurance-related products and benefits to beneficiaries.

4. Data Collection & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of field activities, customer interactions, partner visits, and marketing outcomes.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports and updates to the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.

5. Collaboration & Problem-Solving

  • Work closely with the internal operations team to address concerns from customers, partners, and field stakeholders.
  • Resolve challenges related to field logistics, marketing collateral availability, and product or service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Public Health, or any related field.
  • 12 years of experience in sales, marketing, field operations, or community outreach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within Odisha for field activities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or community development programs.
  • Knowledge of local geography, language, and culture in Odisha.
  • Comfortable interacting with community leaders, local organizations, and rural populations.
