Job Title: Senior Wealth Manager
Role Purpose:
The Senior Wealth Manager will be responsible for acquiring and managing High Net-worth and Ultra HNI clients, driving AUM growth, and delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions across investment and protection products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve business targets across Equity Trading (NSE/BSE), Demat accounts, and overall wealth revenue
- Drive sales of Fixed Income products including Corporate FDs, Bonds, and NCDs
- Promote and distribute Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Life Insurance, and Health Insurance solutions
- Develop, manage, and expand a portfolio of HNI and Ultra-HNI clients
- Design and implement strategic wealth plans aligned to clients financial goals, risk appetite, and lifecycle needs
- Drive business development initiatives to grow AUM and expand client base in line with firm targets
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and rebalance strategies based on market conditions
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal compliance, and risk management frameworks
- Collaborate with product, research, and leadership teams to deliver customized client solutions
- Represent the organization in key client meetings, networking events, and industry forums
Key Deliverables:
- AUM growth and revenue generation
- New HNI/UHNI client acquisition
- Cross-sell across wealth and protection products
- Client retention and relationship deepening
- Achievement of assigned KRAs and business targets
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking / Broking
- Strong HNI client base and relationship management skills
- Good understanding of capital markets and investment products
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Experience: 6+ years in Wealth Management / Investment Advisory
