Gruvfix Gaskets and Seals LLP, a leading manufacturer of premium gaskets, seals, and CNC-machined polymer components based in Coimbatore, India, invites applications for the position of Sales and Marketing Specialist.

Position Overview:

This is a full-time, on-site role in Coimbatore requiring extensive travel throughout India. The selected candidate will drive B2B sales growth, foster client relationships, and contribute to strategic marketing initiatives in the oil & gas, mining, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue sales opportunities while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Develop and implement sales strategies, provide product training to clients, and achieve sales targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective campaigns.

Undertake frequent travel across India to engage clients and support business development.

Qualifications:

Strong communication, customer service, sales, and negotiation skills.

Proven experience in sales management and delivering training sessions.

Knowledge of the gasket and seal manufacturing industry preferred.

Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented professional able to excel in a fast-paced environment.
