Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic, target-oriented, and result-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by building strong relationships within the architects, engineers , construction and interior industry, promoting our products and services, and expanding our client base. The candidate should be willing to join from 1st May.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and engineers
Frequently visit architects, engineers, contractors, and prospective clients to promote our doors and interior fit-out solutions
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the market
Achieve sales targets set by the company
Manage and grow existing client accounts to ensure repeat business
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business strategy
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing within the doors, interior fit-out, or related industry
Strong network and contacts with architects, contractors, and engineers
Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales goals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Willingness to travel frequently within Calicut and nearby districts
Ready to join from 1st May
