Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing sales management processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet targets and drive revenue growth.
• Experience in Training team members to enhance skills and performance within the sales and marketing domain.
• Ability to develop long-term client relationships and work collaboratively within a team setting.
• A results-driven mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing,
• B.tech or BE in mechanical engineering or Chemical Enginnering is preferred.
• Background in relevant industries and familiarity with market trends will be advantageous.
