Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. The individual in this role will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, developing sales strategies, driving customer engagement efforts, and executing marketing campaigns. The specialist will also ensure effective customer service, coordinate with team members, and assist in enhancing the company's sales efficiency and operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and handle accounts
• Ability to provide Training and guidance to team members
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term customer relationships
• Basic knowledge of international trade practices is a plus
• Proficiency in local and English languages is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
