Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Jaipur. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, and providing sales training. Daily tasks include managing sales operations, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
- Ability to conduct effective Training sessions
- Strong analytical and market research skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the medical product industry is a plus
