Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing client relationships, developing and implementing marketing campaigns, and delivering product training to clients and team members. The Specialist will also be involved in customer acquisition, supporting sales management, and collaborating effectively with internal teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, essential for client engagement and relationship management
• Atleast 10+ years of experience with good networking skills
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, including identifying opportunities and achieving targets
• Understanding of marketing strategies and techniques is beneficial
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to dynamic business environments
• Previous experience in the electronics manufacturing or related industries is a must
