Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical
Key Requirements:
- Knowledge of PM KUSUM Scheme (Component B)
- Understanding of solar pump systems & agriculture sector
- Experience in solar / electrical panel / agri equipment industry
- Basic knowledge of solar pump controllers, VFD & electrical panels
- Experience in government tenders & subsidy documentation (preferred)
- Ability to coordinate with DISCOM, agriculture department & local authorities
- Strong field sales experience in rural areas
- Good communication in Hindi & local language
- Ability to generate leads from farmers, dealers & distributors
- Ready for frequent field travel
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales of solar pump systems under KUSUM scheme
- Lead generation & dealer network development
- Coordination for project execution
- Achieving sales & farmer registration targets
