Arch Point is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business development initiatives with a primary focus on offline and field marketing . The role involves generating new leads, building strong industry relationships, increasing brand visibility, and driving revenue growth for architectural and interior design services.
1. Business Development & Lead Generation - Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, and direct marketing.
- Develop relationships with builders, developers, contractors, real estate agents, and consultants.
- Conduct regular site visits and client meetings.
- Identify new project opportunities in residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional segments.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.
- Develop channel partner networks and referral systems.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management- Pitch architectural and interior design services to prospective clients.
- Conduct presentations and explain company portfolio and capabilities.
- Coordinate with design and technical teams for proposal preparation.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business.
3. Revenue & Target Achievement- Maintain a sales pipeline and update CRM records.
- Submit weekly field reports and performance updates to management.
Required Skills - Strong networking and communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Deep understanding of the construction, real estate, or architectural industry preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently in field environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, or related field.
- 37 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably in architecture, interiors, real estate, or construction industry).
- Must be comfortable with fieldwork
- Two-wheeler/four-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
