Role Description<

The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for generating leads, managing walk-in and inquiry-based sales, and closing sales for detailing and enhancement services. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, explaining service offerings, preparing quotations, and following up to convert prospects into clients. The specialist will support marketing activities such as social media promotion, local outreach, and brand-building initiatives in coordination with the studio team. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of sales activities, tracking performance metrics, and contributing ideas to improve customer experience and revenue growth.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and deliver a high-quality experience.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to handle inquiries, convert leads, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to educate customers about services and support internal knowledge sharing within the team.
• Relevant experience in automotive services, retail, or hospitality sales is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, including weekends or peak hours as required.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media promotion is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort using basic computer tools or CRM systems.
