Sales And Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident Marketing Executive to help Unboxd grow its psychology and wellness services by connecting with individuals, clinics, hospitals, schools, and corporate companies.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field marketing, networking, lead generation, client communication, and building business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new client leads through field visits and networking.
• Approach corporate companies, clinics, hospitals, schools, colleges, and other organizations.
• Introduce Unboxd's psychology, wellness, coaching, and corporate wellbeing services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Arrange meetings and appointments with potential clients.
• Support corporate wellness program and workshop opportunities.
• Maintain daily records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Explore new marketing opportunities and local partnerships.

Preferred Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident personality and professional presentation.
• Ability to communicate in English and Tamil.
• Comfortable with field work and meeting new people.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and MS Office/Google Sheets.
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, healthcare, wellness, HR, or corporate sales is an advantage.
