This is a full-time on-site role for a D2C Sales Head at Cosma Therapeutics, located in Noida. Responsibilities include developing and executing direct-to-consumer sales strategies, managing accounts, leading a sales team, monitoring team performance to meet targets, and analyzing data to identify growth opportunities. The D2C Sales Head will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Strong Team Management and leadership skills to develop, guide, and motivate sales professionals effectively.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for data interpretation and strategic decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to maintain client relationships and present strategies effectively.
- Prior experience in D2C sales channels and a background in healthcare or therapeutics is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
