Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and pursue new sales channels and distribution opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
* Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive growth and increase market share in the food distribution industry.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, while actively seeking out and cultivating new business opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to enhance brand awareness and attract new customers.
* Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product expansion and improvement.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
* Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing, or a related field preferred.
* Minimum 0-12 months of field experience in food distribution sales and marketing.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
*Previous experience in HoReCa and FMCG Mandatory.
* Proactive and creative thinker with the ability to generate and implement innovative ideas.
* Possession of a two-wheeler is mandatory.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
* Good spoken English, Hindi
