Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service, training retail staff, and managing sales activities. This position requires effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders to achieve business goals and support the expansion of the brand.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, close deals, and oversee sales operations
• Experience in Training retail teams to improve their product knowledge and selling techniques
• Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
