Role Overview:
We are hiring a Career Advisor / Sales Executive who can interact with students, understand their background and career goals, and guide them toward the right course.
This role requires logical thinking, strong communication, and the ability to understand people, not just talk about courses.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in students, phone leads, and online inquiries
Understand student needs, skill level, and career goals
Explain courses clearly and confidently
Recommend suitable learning paths based on student profiles
Maintain proper follow-ups and lead records
Submit daily work reports (work is considered incomplete without reporting)
Work closely with the academic and marketing teams
Achieve monthly admission targets
Working Hours:
10:00 AM 8:00 PM
Candidates applying should be comfortable with full-day engagement and structured work discipline.
Skills Required:
i) Can communicate clearly in Tamil and basic English
ii) Have strong listening and questioning skills
iii) Can think logically and give practical guidance
iv) Are confident while speaking with students and parents
v) Are disciplined in daily reporting and follow-up
vi) Can handle targets and pressure professionally.
