Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Tiruchirappalli. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, conducting client outreach, building strong customer relationships, and identifying business opportunities. Additional daily tasks include providing excellent customer service, supporting sales training initiatives, and collaborating with teams to achieve sales goals efficiently.

- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies and achieve business goals
- Experience in Training and mentoring teams to drive performance and growth
- Ability to adapt within a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines consistently
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the automotive industry or sales is a plus
