Role Description

This full-time role as a Sales and Marketing Specialist is based on-site in Surat. The responsibilities include establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting financial services and products, supporting sales strategies to meet targets, delivering customer service to ensure satisfaction, and providing training to clients and team members. The ideal candidate will also participate in developing and implementing marketing initiatives to attract new clients and drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and meet targets efficiently.
  • Experience in Training and mentoring clients and team members to enhance understanding of financial products and services.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
