Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Valsad for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients. The role involves conducting market research, creating promotional campaigns, providing customer support, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate closely with other teams and provide training to colleagues or clients to ensure sales efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including the ability to create and implement effective strategies, drive sales growth, and manage client accounts.
  • Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain and enhance client relationships, and handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Experience in Training and mentoring team members to ensure sales targets are met and to foster skill development.
  • Basic understanding of market trends and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a relevant industry such as chemicals or pharmaceuticals.
