Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Jabalpur. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, delivering customer service excellence, training team members, and managing sales operations. They will also actively participate in promoting and marketing the company's products and services to achieve business objectives.

- Experience with Training and mentoring team members to enhance performance.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in data analysis and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in Jabalpur.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
