Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role at CAREERBLOC is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting CAREERBLOC's services, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The specialist will develop and execute marketing activities, including campaigns, promotions, and outreach initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, responding to inquiries, providing service information, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, preparing sales reports, collaborating with internal teams, and participating in training sessions to stay updated on offerings and market trends.
