Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Karnal. The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to meet targets, identifying customer needs, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, delivering training sessions for customers, and driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution. The specialist will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction and supporting the overall development of sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet business goals.
- Capability to conduct Training sessions for clients related to the company's solutions and products.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive with strong organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and practices is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
