Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Indore. The Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, providing customer service, conducting product training, and overseeing sales management. The role also involves engaging potential clients, promoting the company's offerings, and achieving sales targets within designated territories.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and manage their needs.
• Sales expertise in Probiotics with an understanding of prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure to drive business growth.
• Experience in Training and Sales Management for coaching team members and overseeing sales operations.
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the Biotechnology or Food Technology sectors is an advantage.
